We're off and running for 2008; Year 6 already.

A huge thank you to O&M Industries. At their 2006 golf tournament, $950 was raised for Socks for Soldiers. At their 2007 golf tournament, $1,840 was raised for Socks for Soldiers. The 2nd and 3rd place winners of the tournament both donated their prize money to SFS. We are so very appreciative to have the support from our good friends at O&M year-after-year. Can't wait to see what this year brings!

Fortuna Middle School is raising money for 500 bottles of body wash.

South Fortuna School students will be donating a candy cane for every soldier.

Mendes Supply has donated many items, including sewing kits that will be in every SFS box.

Humboldt County Cattlewomen and Albee & Buck are donating a package of beef jerky for each box.

We have 1000 tubes of lip balm already, thanks to some special donors.
